📋 Order Policy

We value the trust you place in us when placing a order.
Cancellation & Refunds
  • You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
  • Cancellations made before the order ships are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • No fees or penalties apply to order cancellations made prior to shipment.
⏰ Once a order item has shipped, it is subject to the standard Return Policy outlined herein.

🔄 Returns

We want you to be confident in your FreezeFrame® purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Used bags.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper use.
Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Authorization (RA).
To request a return:
⚠️ Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Manufacturer defects.
  • Shipping damage.
If your item arrived damaged:
  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product.
We will provide instructions for replacement.

⚙️ Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is defective due to manufacturing:
  • Contact us promptly.
  • Provide order number and clear photos.
  • We will determine whether a full replacement is appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.  Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.

📦 Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:
  • Ensuring correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Return shipping costs unless due to our error.
  • Proper packaging for returned items.
FreezeFrame® is not responsible for returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

💼 Bulk & Commercial Orders

Large-quantity or wholesale orders may be subject to different return terms.  Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions.
